We have professional staff to estimate the cost accurately according to the mark up and drawing of projects every time we offered the quote.
As the member of CFMMEU, All Aucarina’s employees are paid above the standard industry rate and complies to NCC. All employees have access to rate andallowance for overtime, productivity, site, fare and meal; insurance such as redundancy, UPLUS and more. As a result, we have found that this approach assists in ensuring the competency, contentment and motivation of our work force.
It is always Aucarina’s priority when it comes to Work Health and Safety. We aredetermined to ensure every employee’s safety and health, implementing safety guidelines such as risk assessment and safe work method statement under each
