Aucarina is a commercial painting and fitoutcompany that includes service of refurbishment and renovating; was originally established by Yang Wang and Shanchuan Shijiang on 2018.
With the support from our experienced painting specialists, consultants andprofessional management team, we have successfully gained a foothold in the NSW painting industry through out the previous 5 years of operation.
Aucarina commits to the top quality finish and our reputation in painting market We work closely with manufacturers to ensure state of the art training, certification,tools as well as coating system.
Our main office and warehouse is located at 10 Lachlan St, Waterloo NSW 2017 We are very flexible due to the fact that our office and warehouse is very close tomanufacturers' trade center; which means we can have more control of the supply tosuit each unique project.
Aucarina has worked on diverse painting projects, our team consists ofapproximately 38 - 46 professional painters, 3 foremen, 4 project managers andsafety officers. We also has access to reliable source of subcontracts when required
Aucarina is a member of the Construction Forestry Maritime Mining EnergyUnion (CFMEU), our work is regularly monitored by the CFMEU to ensure we complyto the NCC as well as our supplier and subcontractors.
As one of the major client of Australian's leading paint manufacturers (e.g. Dulux, Porters Paint), Aucarina has national access to the latest quality and specification training and control toeach painting and coating system from manufacturers.
Along with our own quality management system through inspection reports, ITP and4 step defect procedures (relevant detailing service showcase has been attached at Appendix as reference) we are proud to provide the quality finish that is above andbeyond the industry standard.
